Gesture away your grief, stretch away your sorrow and pirouette away your pain with teaching artist and dancer/choreographer Lauren Kotulak Bartels. Through everyday movements workshop participants design dances to express both their feelings and their memories and to relieve stress.
Healing Sounds - with Michael Fitzsimmons
Michael is an award-winning percussionist, composer, recording artist and workshop facilitator who leads us in both using our own stories as springboards for exploring sound and rhythm and in connecting to others through drums and found sound.
Poetry & Journaling - with Maureen Williams
Maureen is an accomplished poet, journal writer and author who will facilitate us in understanding the poem in each of us, putting those thoughts, feelings and images on paper and helping us guide others to do the same.
